Chaser Bin Driver
Based in Corrigin, farming 5000ha of wheat, barley and canola. New/modern machinery.
Our farms are located in South Corrigin, Quairading and Kondinin. Based 10km South of Corrigin.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team for harvest. Starting late October through to late December 2022. There will also be the opportunity of a full-time position for someone passionate about broad acre cropping. You will be encouraged to increase your knowledge and upskill.
- Lunch and dinner provided (if desired)
- Free board/accommodation
- $25 per hour
- Days and daily hours vary each day (dependant on harvesting conditions, breakdowns etc)
In order to apply you must have:
- Manual Driver’s License
- First Aid certificate
- Experience driving heavy machinery (tractors)
What you will be expected to do:
- Work independently and part of a team
- Clean, maintain and refill farm machinery and vehicles
- Daily maintenance/ safety checks
- Safely operate a New Holland T8435 FWA with a 30t chaser bin.
- Manage time effectively ensuring Header and truck loaded/unloaded and kept moving at all times.
