Code of Conduct

The following behavioural code identifies the College and community expectations of students and how they will conduct themselves whilst a member of the College community. The adherence to the College Code of Conduct by all students and staff will enable the whole College community to achieve personal, teaching and learning goals whilst maintaining a living and working environment which is pleasant, safe, healthy and peaceful.

I expect, as a right in a civilised community to be able to live, work and learn, without physical or verbal interference or harassment and will ensure that my behaviour will respect the same right for others.

I expect as a right in a caring community, to live, work and learn in a safe and healthy environment and will ensure that my personal conduct and habits will address my own health and safety and that of others.

I will complete all the requirements of my education and training by due dates as outlined in my selected course and as directed by staff conducting my education and training, and ensure that I work to my potential.

I will speak and act in a courteous and respectful manner whilst a member of the College community whilst on and off campus.

I will maintain clean and tidy living habits whilst a member of the College community whilst on and off campus.

I will respect possessions, property and equipment which do not belong to me and will not use or take these without the permission from the person who has the authority to give it.

I will obey Australian society laws and common standards whilst a member of the College community.
